It's a unique code identifying the creditor in the SEPA scheme. In Spain: ES + 2 check digits + 3 suffix characters + 9 NIF/CIF characters.
The Creditor ID is requested from the bank through which you'll submit remittances. It's usually part of the direct debit service setup.
From your bank. Each bank has its own process, but generally requires the entity's NIF/CIF and corporate documentation.
The NIF identifies the natural or legal person. The Creditor ID is an additional SEPA-specific identifier that includes the NIF but adds a country prefix, check digits and suffix.
