A SEPA mandate is not a static document. Debtors change banks, mandates expire due to inactivity and sometimes need to be revoked. Custodita manages all of this automatically and alerts you when action is needed.
Renewal before expiry
Custodita detects mandates approaching expiry (36 months without use) and lets you send bulk renewal invitations.
Replacement for IBAN changes
When a debtor changes banks, create a replacement mandate. When signed, the previous one is automatically revoked.
Automatic expiration
A daily job checks mandates inactive for 36 months and marks them as expired per the SEPA Rulebook.

Centralized view of mandates needing attention: expiring soon, missing scans, duplicate or invalid IBANs.
